1. Processing Time

 

We commit to processing and dispatching all orders from our atelier within 24 to 48 working hours of the order being placed.

 


 

2. Estimated Delivery Time (India)

 

Orders within India are typically delivered within the time frames listed below, though delivery times may be subject to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or local logistical factors.

3. Tracking Your Order

 

  • Tracking Information: The tracking details will be automatically shared with your registered email address when your product ships from our facility.

  • Missing Tracking: If you have not received tracking information, please write to us at support@celevere.com within 48 hours of placing the order so we can resolve the issue immediately.

5. Missing or Undelivered Packages (The 48-Hour Rule)

 

It is rare for a product to go missing, as items are usually received by family members, flatmates, neighbours, or delivered to office mail rooms. However, we have a strict protocol to resolve any discrepancies:

  1. Notification: If you receive a notification stating your order has been delivered, but you have not physically received the product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving that delivery notification.

  2. Investigation: We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and launch a formal investigation. This process typically takes 10 working days.

  3. Resolution: In genuine cases confirmed by our investigation, we will refund the total amount paid to you.

  4. Liability: After the mentioned 48-hour timeline, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses or refunds related to the package's delivery status.
